Senior Electronic/ Communications Technician
Role Objective - The role of this position is to install parking electronic equipment and provide maintenance and repair services and support to parking electronic equipment

Job Description:
• Conduct site visits regularly to track project progress
• Ensure that the right equipment are delivered to the project site
• Perform tasks required by subcontractors for installation, repair and maintenance
• Assis the Technical Supervisor in scheduling and planning technician’s availability to fulfill client needs
• Positively handle client complain and address then accordingly to ensure client satisfaction
• Regularly go through training and Amano Manuals for parking equipment and other equipment installation
• Ensure adherence to all Company Policies & Procedures
• Ensure that all tasks are performed according to the health safety and environment standards (HSE)
• Ensure that the job card is filled and signed by the client / contractor for every job/site visit conducted
• Ensure that all manual software and other equipment manuals are up to date with Amano’s latest updates
• Ensure that the maintenance report is filled and signed by the client/ contractor for every project / job

Requirements

Education & Experience Profile
• Diploma or Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, software or other similar functions
• 2-3 years previous experience, with a minimum of 3 years similar experience to the responsibilities outlined above
• Strong communication skills
• Microsoft Office, Outlook, excel
• Technical hardware and software maintenance skills
