Senior Engagement Manager

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a highly established and successful multinational professional services organisation. They are looking to hire an experienced Senior Engagement Manager who will work closely with the Management and leadership team in their Kuwait office.

This role will report to the level of Director, and you will be accountable for engaging senior stakeholders within the customer and wider stakeholder organisations and facilitating programme director engagements. You will provide a senior presence on behalf of the client and navigate complex partnerships. You must attend regular governance meetings for the delivery and transition of programmes. This role will require you to work with customers to identify and define approaches to deliver against the needs of customers.

Your responsibilities will include consulting with stakeholders to understand different business strategies and objectives. You will be responsible for hosting regular user forums and ensuring that the deployed solutions are fully understood and exploited to the best of its ability.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have experience in working with complex stakeholders in Kuwait Government, as well as large and intricate organisations. You should also be well skilled in consulting with senior stakeholders and have a strategic working approach. You should possess high attention to detail, strong decision-making abilities and be confident in fast-paced environments. You must have fluent written and verbal communications skills in Arabic.

Due to the scope of the role on Kuwaiti nationals will be considered.
