Job description / Role
Aspiriti is working with an international EPCM oil & gas company that is based in UAE. They are looking to grow their
Engineering Project Team in Kuwait and require a Senior I&E Technician to help with the Operations & Maintenance of a gas compression project.
You will be responsible for all electrical & instrumentation and preventive and corrective maintenance, analysis and repairs of all instrumentation equipment.
Duties include:
• Perform O & M activities on compression/Control systems
• Daily checks – loop testing, PLC analysis, control panels, panel programming
• Provide feedback to improve plant performance
• Track all electrical & instrumentation equipment performance
• Support management with inventory control
• Read Engineering drawings – Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation, schematics
Requirements
You must have a minimum 5 years’ experience working in a similar role with supervision experience, Dual qualified in Electrical & Instrumentation is a must. You will have good working knowledge of engines and compressors experience, familiar with O & M activities in turbine based gas compression plant. You must be able to read/understand PID & wiring schematics, including single line diagrams.
This is a 1 Year project initially that may be extended. Rotation work 6 weeks on - 3 weeks off
