Senior / Lead Design Architect

Job description / Role

Key duties for the role of Senior / Lead Design Architect will include but will not be limited to:

- Lead design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring all designs meet client specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and innovative design solutions.
- Review and approve architectural designs and plans to maintain high quality standards.
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on best practices and design principles.
- Ensure that all designs comply with regulations, standards, and building codes.
- Prepare and present design proposals and applications for planning permission.
- Stay updated with trends and advancements in the architectural field to ensure the company's offerings remain competitive and relevant.

We have recently taken on a new position with a highly successful Middle East multidisciplinary firm that due to growth is looking for a strong concept architect to join their team as a Senior / Lead Design Architect. Ideally, they are looking for someone with international commercial project experience. 

The successful Senior / Lead Design Architect will be offered:
- 2,500 - 3,500 KWD per month (depending on experience) 
- Medical and life insurance
- Relocation assistance package; Family visa, Flights to Kuwait, Temporary accommodation and transport to work, Relocation payment

Salary:
KWD 2,500 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
