Job description / Role
To develop and lead the implementation of marketing programs and initiatives that effectively promote the company to its internal and external stakeholders, in a cost effective manner. Lead the implementation of a comprehensive internal and external communications plan, to support achievement of goals and objectives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing) or Communications, with a professional certification in Marketing
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
• 10 years of experience in a similar role for an A&E firm
TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
• Knowledge of A&E industry terminology, processes and delivery methods
• Knowledge of marketing and PR / communication principles
• Business management skills
• Knowledge of regional A&E industry, clients, projects, and trends
BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Good leadership skills
• Able to multi-task and work independently without supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships across the firm, with clients, and with other key constituents
