Job description / Role
Highly rated US practice have an established presence in the Middle east and are growing with new projects. Well known for their high quality of design and delivery they are inviting talented Architects to join the Middle East team.
Currently they require a Senior Project Architect to be based in Kuwait on a mega scale Hospital project.
This professional will be responsible for ensuring the design intent is upheld, managing the local Architects and consultants. Reporting into the Director in Dubai, this person will be autonomously managing the project in Kuwait, and managing a small team of architects.
Exercising their expertise in technical matters and hospital construction, this individual will be making technical decisions to execute the project on time and within budget.
Requirements
This professional will have 15-20 years post graduation of a Degree in Architecture, and has worked with reputed Architecture Consultancies to deliver largescale projects.
Large scale Hospital project delivery experience is necessary. Delivery of Hospitals in Kuwait would be ideal, but not essential.
An effective and commanding communicator, this person will have the ability to communicate to all levels and promote a productive work manner.
