We are now seeking an exceptional Senior Project Engineer - Telecom to join our award winning team based within our Kuwait Office.

This critical role will be responsible for Electrical, Telecom, ELV, Security systems, ITS designs.

Paramount to success within this varied role will include;
• Undertaking the responsibility of Electrical, Telecom, ELV, Security systems, ITS design for the assigned projects as per the client, authority and QMS procedures.
• Liaising with client and authority representatives for obtaining design approvals.
• Replying to the Request for Information (RFIs) for the contractors queries on the design drawings
• Preparing of design reports, OTDR reports, Technical specification and BoQ for the Telecom, ELV, Security systems, ITS works and all the equipment.
• Preparing of design documents, drawings for all design stages of assigned infrastructure projects in compliance with in-depth knowledge of local authority codes, regulations and international standards such as ITU, TIA, IEEE and BICSI.
• Lead, supervise and mentoring the telecom or electrical team.

Requirements

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 15 years’ experience in Electrical, Telecom, ELV, Security, ITS design in infrastructure and building works partnered with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics or Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent from any reputed institutional affiliations C.Eng. IET, MILP, IEEE.

Whilst registered membership of Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI) would be advantageous. Ministry of Telecommunications (MOT) and Ministry of Electricity and Water Kuwait (MEW) approval is preferred.
