Job description / Role
Estimating Management, Project Management Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, Safety Management, which includes specific activities – defining the responsibilities and management structure of the project management team, organizing and leading by implementing project controls, defining roles and responsibilities and developing communication protocols, and identifying elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims. Overall management of the client servicing and operations of multiple projects for the company involving following functions: Pre contract stage: Client servicing, Supervising the project tendering function. Post contract stage: Specifying project objectives and plans including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling, setting performance requirements, and selecting of project sub-contractors. Maximizing resource efficiency (labor, materials and equipment). Implementing various operations through proper coordination and control of planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction in the entire process. Responsible for overview of the construction sites, and management of vendors and trades. In addition, to maintaining high level of communication with Clients at all times. Maintaining accurate records as construction progress throughout the projects.
Requirements
• 15 years of relevant work experience.
• Presentable, with excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to work successfully in a trans-cultural environment.
• Academically qualified preferably University Degree in a technical discipline.
• Experience in managing a team of 15 to 20 members
