About the Client:
A proud Retail brand in Kuwait, well known within GCC for its growing portfolio of elegant women's fashion.

Job Description:
• Lead the overall VM strategy, ensuring the brand’s look, feel, and identity are consistently executed across all retail stores through clear guidelines for displays, layouts, fixtures, and signage.
• Oversee store ambience, visual standards, and presentation by conducting store visits, approving VM installations, and ensuring an inspiring and premium in-store customer experience
• Manage VM implementation for seasonal launches and product drops, highlighting key collections while coordinating with marketing to deliver impactful in-store campaign storytelling
• Optimize store layouts and product zoning through planograms while leading and training VM teams to ensure effective execution aligned with commercial and brand objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in visual Merchandising, Fashion, Design, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in VM within fashion retail.
Proficient in handling multi-store or regional VM operations
