Showroom Manager - Automotive - Luxury Cars

Job description / Role

• Builds and maintain relationships with clients in the area, in order to improve the sales potential customers.
• Oversees the launch of promotions and campaigns in the areas to increase brand and service awareness and improve sales.
• Maintains and build contacts with key corporate and institutional customers and continuously updates them on new packages and promotions.
• Planning & guiding Promotional campaigns, Marketing policies and unique activities to identify new institutional customer and convert in to bulk business.
• Organizing Corporate Events & Promotional Activities, Test Drive events in Corporate
• Stock management checking
• Formulate sales targets for all sales executives and ensure that these are achieved.
• Ensure that all vehicle debts are collected in line with the dealerships policies
• Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
• Organize and run effective, motivational and results orientated sales team meetings

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience working within a Showroom Manager Role.
• Experience working with Luxury brands.
• Experience managing a large team.
• The ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and 'people' skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• The ability to understand and analyse sales figures
