Specialist - Assessments - HR - Kuwait

Job Purpose:

Developing the assessment frameworks for the organization to ensure we have an effective talent bench strength to meet the current and future needs of the organization.

Planning and executing the assessment of managers and leaders, through the provision of identifying potential and talent assessment and development centres and through other objective assessment methodologies.

Administration of psychometrics and behavioural assessments to inform career planning, succession management, and leadership development. Implementation of competency frameworks in partnership with the Specialist Frameworks

Accountabilities (but not limited to):
- Maintains the frameworks and profiles that define the success criteria for roles and leadership layers related to performance and potential.
- Map and develop the framework of assessment for roles and experiences that can mobilize talent as consulted.
- Executes assessments that enable career pathways supporting the acceleration of talent.
- Tracks and records assessments of talent for most critical roles across divisions and functions.
- Contributes to the best methods to develop capabilities.
- Contributes to the design for assessments and administers assessments on related platforms (e.g., 360s and Hogan Personality Assessment) for leaders.
- Seeks coaching, mentoring, training, and performance management to ensure effectiveness and productivity.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree.
- Arabic is desirable. English is essential.
- Use of Technology: Competent user of office software, understanding of assessment platforms.
- Experienced in HR analytics, planning and organising.
- Minimum on the job experience: 5 years with HR, minimum of 2 years in assessment practices.

- Improve and innovate: Highly proactive, ability to troubleshoot issues and identify process improvements.

Work Context:

- Maintaining assessment portfolio: Implementation of assessment portfolio - looking at the individual, team, and organizational context.
- Stakeholder engagement and communication: Works as a trusted partner with HRBPs and T&D COE.
- Supporting business consultation on competency definitions: Supports assessment design and mapping.
- Team contributor: Works with peers and partners to achieve department goals.
- Vendor and budget coordination: Responsible for the budget tracking and vendor coordination related to assessment platform and tools.
