The Role:

With the support and development of your brand team and Alshaya's learning and development programmes, you may then be ready for the move to Store General Manager.

* Results driven with outstanding work ethic.
* Passion for inspiring people and delivering extraordinary customer experience in a complex F&B environment
* Highly experienced in getting the best out of their people - organizational, motivation, employee engagement and leadership skills is essential
* Managing shelf life and all aspects of food safety
* People trained, motivated and empowered to deliver high quality customer service - sold and served with passion
* Conscientiously strives to meet or exceed budgetary goals, understands how to achieve sales increases while maintaining expense controls and motivating the team.
* Enforces company policies consistently with all associates while providing leadership and maintaining management integrity and ensures the store complies with all government agency rules and regulations.
* Candidate will manage all aspects of store operations, kitchen operation (supported by an Executive chef running the kitchen), service, people management, employee motivation, financial management of the store P&L, stock management (liaising with central procurement) and managing budget expenses
* Minimum 3 years GM of large scale F&B operation
* Bachelor's degree in appropriate field would be preferred or equivalent experience - NOT ESSENTIAL
* Fluent written and verbal English
* Computer literacy is essential - spreadsheets, word, power point.
