Job description / Role
System Engineer - Kuwait (Wincor/Diebold Nixdorf)
Responsible for coordinating the servicing, maintenance, and expansion of an organization's computer systems.
Job Responsibilities include:
• Site Inspection, site installations and Customer/Custodian training
• ATM handler Hardware & software support
• Perform ATM Preventive maintenance as per PM plan
• Coordinate with the logistics department to help maintain spare parts
• Coordinate & communicate for service calls
• Workshop repair and other duties
Requirements
• 3-6 years in a similar role
• Full ATM knowledge on both hardware and software
• The role is advisory coordinating with internal employees, team members etc.
• The level of decision making responsibility/authority varies on a project to project basis.
• Electro-mechanical ability
