Tailor

Job description / Role

We are currently looking for Tailors to advise our Bloomingdale's Kuwait customers about shaping and altering items to suit their preferences and tastes. This role will involve carrying out the necessary repairs as per customer specifications and delivering the goods on time with a view to offering excellent customer service whilst enhancing our store's image.

The Tailors are to advise customers on the best options available to help shape or alter the items to suit customers preferences. They will be offering a very high level of service by providing quality alterations within an appropriate timeline.

Requirements

Applicants for the role are required to have 2-3 years experience in a fashion retail industry with high level technical knowledge in alteration and fabrics. Individuals should be customer service oriented and have good communication and interpersonal skills.
