Role Description

Baker Hughes is currently seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator for Thru -Tubing Intervention. Position is based in Kuwait, responsibility is to manage growing operations of through tubing inflates and through tubing milling work

Responsibilities

- Coordinates and supervises activities of Thru-Tubing services and technical personnel and the necessary equipment movement to execute services with a highest quality of service.
- Provides technical guidance and work direction to field staff.
- Monitors daily progress of job(s) or project(s)
- Works independently under general supervision, requiring normal guidance and review
- Work within Company HSE and operational policies

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant operational experience with prior experience coordinating projects/operations
- Extensive experience in Thru-Tubing products and technologies
- Extensive experience in Oilfield operations environment.

Desired Characteristics:

- Preferred overseas experience with multiple clients
- BHGE product knowledge would be advantage
