Employment: Full Time

Work in Kuwait is contingent upon the applicant's ability to obtain a work permit from the State of Kuwait, which is requested on the applicant's behalf by their employer. Effective January 1, 2021, the Kuwait Public Authority of Manpower issued new work permit regulations, informing contractors that it will not issue a work permit to any individual who is fifty-nine (59) years or older and holds a high school grade certificate or less. A two-year college degree or higher is required for all candidates fifty-nine (59) years or older. See Administrative Decision No. (520) of 2020 AD - Amendment to the Administrative Decision No. (552) of 2018 on Issuing the Work Permit Regulations.

Performs a variety of duties which include operating the mailroom in accordance with Department of Defense (DOD), US Army, US Postal Service (USPS) and Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assists with training mailroom personnel; perform sorting, receipt and distribution of mail.
- Provide a directory service for all misrouted mail and mail addressed to personnel no longer employed.
- Perform mail sort, receipt and distribution.
- Provide directory service for all misrouted mail and mail addressed to personnel no longer employed.
- Control USPS and Military owned accountable and non-accountable equipment.
- Coordinate with Movement Control Center (MCC) for outgoing and incoming accountable and non- accountable mail.
- Handle confidential matter in accordance with company policies;
- Provide documentation to these sections as necessary to ensure adequate and legal documentation.
- Assist with training mailroom personnel.
- Provide excellent customer services at all times.
- Ensure compliance with established Safety Policies and Regulations.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required. PPE includes but is not limited to head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
