Job description / Role
Function:
• Responsible for conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and use the information to create sitemaps, customer journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Creates user interface designs and mockups that will mimic the actual user interaction with a digital site.
Reporting to:
• Retail Tribe lead
Requirements
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Digital Banking Domain.
• Proven GCC experience in the Banking Domain
• Excellent command of English and Arabic language (Arabic is highly preferred but not Mandatory)
• Candidates based in Kuwait will be a top priority.
