Position Title: VM Director
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3K KWD depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Salmiya, Kuwait

Job Description:
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Visual Merchandising team (regional and in-store VM managers).
• Direct visual merchandising planning for new store openings and refurbishments.
• Ensure new concepts reflect the Group’s evolving brand identity.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for props, fixtures, and materials

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in retail visual merchandising
• Experience in C Level with minimum 4 years in a director-level role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial visual success and proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar

Salary:
KWD 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
