Position Title: VM Manager - Fashion Retail

About the Client:
A proud Retail group in Kuwait, well known within GCC for its growing international portfolio of elegance and trends in women’s fashion.

Job Description:
-Implement all visual guidelines and strategies on a grade store in Kuwait, and supporting the VM director on the pilot stores.
-Finalize designs and creating detailed floor plans for display areas. Make sure all products are highlighted as per the best seller list shared in a weekly basis.
-Revision of all the photo reports and best practice report (Ensuring uniformity of displays across multiple store locations).
-Liaise with other retail professionals, including designers, product managers and retail operation teams.

Qualifications:
-At least 5 years’ experience as VM Manager in Fashion Retail for women

Salary:
KWD 1,000 to 1,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
