Job description / Role

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Waiter to join our dynamic team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will provide exceptional dining experiences by delivering prompt and courteous service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and enhancing our establishment's reputation.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes, specials, and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Adhere to all health and safety standards and company policies.

- Prior experience as a waiter or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus is an advantage but not required.

Salary:
KWD 100 to 150 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
