Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverages.
- Take accurate customer orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of service.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

- Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and attentive to guest needs.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic language proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service.

Salary:
KWD 120 to 150 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
