We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Lebanon. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts within the distribution of disinfection and cleaning products, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the disinfection and cleaning products sector.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any client issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and sales progress.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales/customer relationship role.
- Strong knowledge of the distribution industry, preferably in cleaning and disinfection products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
