Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Area Manager is responsible for guiding all Store Managers of own geographical area to quantitative and qualitative results and be the contact between offices and Stores

Key Accountabilities
- Ensure the quality and the completeness of the execution of control activities in accordance with Retail Disposals and with defined timing.
- Ensure a constant activity of awareness to the application and the respect of Company procedures including but not limited to the safety of goods and people.
- Ensure the motivation, the training and the growth of the team.
- Ensure sales volume, personnel cost and inventory differences of own geographical area as well as monitor the qualitative analysis of KPI.
- Ensure the application of commercial policies in terms of merchandising, layout and stock control, and the respect of commercial activities defined at central level.
- Ensure the quality and the periodicity of the supervision of the activities carried out by Store Managers for the stock control.
- Ensure the transmission of the message and the qualities parameters of Customer Care.
- Ensure the quality of the analysis of information relating to the commercial trend of own area.
- Ensure the prompt warning about critical aspects or to be controlled related to own perimeter.
- Ensure the constant updating on market trends, concerning the reference perimeter, and the prompt sharing of information with offices.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years of experience in a managerial role; Previous experience in the industry/retail is a major plus
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
