This is a multi-disciplined client-facing role to support our commercial operation, whilst ensuring good retention levels across the business.

Description

* Initiate and develop sales prospects across key industries to fit into the company vision and mission including but not limited to fitness & wellness centres, insurance companies and corporations.
* Proactively reach out to potential partners, industry leaders, and influencers to establish collaborations and explore joint ventures.
* Build and maintain relationships with existing key stakeholders and renew contracts (account management).
* Develop partnership strategies to drive revenue growth, increase brand exposure, and expand our customer base.
* Create and maintain the CRM of all partners, clients and sales pipeline. Attend industry conferences, events, and trade shows to network and build relationships with potential partners.
* Prepare key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on partnership performance, affiliate activities, and revenue generation.
* Collaborate and input into regional partnership marketing, arrange promotional programs, activities and events.
* Facilitate the regular training and onboarding for partners, corporates, and vendor's staff.
* Ensure full cooperation and synching with operations and marketing teams to assure smooth handling for different accounts.

Requirements

* Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceuticals and/or wellness would be an added advantage.
* At least 4-5 years' experience in sales or marketing role in a startup or a corporate multinational environment with an outstanding sales performance record.
* Training in sales management, customer relationship management, business administration and team building courses, will be advantageous.
* Strong customer service background.
* You are results oriented, decisive, analytical and innovative person, able to independently develop the business and your people.
