In Sales, you'll put our customers at the heart of our business. By building strong relationships with every customer, big or small, you'll help Mondelez International become the supplier of choice and ensure we deliver world-class execution of our business plans in every store.

Position Purpose:

Lead & ensure implementation of organization strategies and yearly objectives, to deliver Levant's targets of sales, market shares, distributor budgets, gross to net, and overheads. This is delivered through managing and controlling the sales operations at Levant distributors to execute excellence in trade execution across categories and channels and ensure achieving year on year growth and in market sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

- Drive overall unit strategies and plans behind top tier financial performance and great place to work
- Delivery of Levant financial targets (GR, GtN and NR)
- Delivery of Sales KPI targets agreed with CP&A and Sales development teams (Coverage, CD, MSL Compliance)
- Delivery of Levant targets of DOS and DSO
- Lead the entire sales operation in Levant markets to deliver on our customer strategies, channel plans, and sales priorities (Right Store & Perfect Store)
- Manage our partnership relations with service providers and distributors.
- Develop distributor Sales capabilities through conducting ongoing coaching and training courses Recommend required route to market and logistics changes
- Ensure execution of all category sales strategies and yearly activation plans (Chocolate, Biscuits, GCB, Meals) across markets in Levant
- Develop with CP&A and Implement long term channel strategies (share of business by channel)
- Grow and gain market share across all categories activated through execution of Perfect Store Agenda
- Develop and execute a sustainable and profitable route to market through our Right Store Agenda
- Lead and actively participate in different IBP forums (Activity Review Meeting, Grid discussions, Demand Review, Internal consensus) by providing customer / channel / category specific inputs
- Interact and collaborate with cross category and cross functional teams to plan and drive our in-store agenda
- Ensuring compliant and Ethical business discipline across all Levant functions
- As member of the board, representing Mondelez Levant in all legally related matters
- Support with administrative roles related to Employees, Banks, office yearly rental, Safety and Security, CSR activities

Requirements

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in business administration; MBA preferred
- At least 10 years experience in FMCG Sales; most of them in a Managerial role
- Strong Knowledge and experience in FMCG business
- Strong knowledge of the Levant markets sales dynamics coupled with good experience about channel challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders (External: distributors, and Internal: CP&A, Marketing, HR, Legal, Supply Chain, Finance)
- General Sales experience in large multinational companies required
