Business Support Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and streamlining operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes.
- Develop, manage, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and support decision-making.
- Assist in the implementation of software solutions and other technologies to improve business efficiency.
- Train and support end-users on new systems and processes to ensure smooth transitions and maximum adoption.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic planning and product distribution.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management, summarizing findings and providing actionable insights.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, accounting and finance.
- Proven experience in business analysis or support roles, preferably within distribution or related industries.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Excel, and experience with database management.
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
