Our Middle East Assurance practice includes nearly 1,600 people based in 12 countries across the region and is part of PwC's global network of over 91,000 assurance professionals operating from 157 countries worldwide.  We've delivered audit and assurance services in the region for over 40 years.  Our people are aligned to different industry teams, so our clients can be confident that they will receive advice which is tailored around the unique challenges and opportunities that they encounter.

As a client account administrator in the assurance department, you will be responsible for the below:

Responsibilities:

- Invoice creation and billings including Quality Risk Management (QRM) and Engagement Compliance Reviews (ECR).
- Work on time and expense transfers for staff, payment allocations and follow up.
- Create client, debtor and job codes on the internal software.
- Create opportunities, changes and follow up with related functions.
- Assist the assurance team in the issuance process of financial statements.
- Submit manual expenses for interns and secondees.
- Follow up on the team's missing timesheets and submit timesheets when required.
- Rollover, revenue and bill analysis reporting, forecasts and results.
- Review direct cost, and analysis reporting.
- Cash collection review and KPI monitoring data sheets.
- Reporting of WIP / receivables / unpaid bills by partner or manager.
- Issue statement of clients accounts.
- Create slides for partners and directors meetings, update the dashboard daily.
- Consolidate gaps and review direct costs.
- Direct teams to the right person when required.
- Support internal champions in their roles: assist in everything related to the systems (issues, implementations, administration, etc) upon  requests.
- Assist staff in navigating through internal systems (create opportunities, client records, modify details, automation of invoicing, raising inter-territory bills, etc).
- Perform various testing when required e.g. software updates / invoicing template updates / automation projects, etc.

Requirements

Requirements:

- University degree majoring in accounting or business related subjects.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact with executive levels of client, staff and PwC management.
- Effective time and project management, interpersonal and influencing skills are essential
- He/she needs to have strong oral and written communication skills.
- A minimum of 2 years' prior experience is desired.
- Knowledge and ease of use of computer applications.
