Job Description & Summary

Business Unit Overview
We currently have opportunities for a professional and motivated Associate with existing finance experience to work within the finance function based in Lebanon, supporting the ME region.

We would like to hear from individuals with experience of working in a cash management or cashiering role in finance.

Prior experience working in the internal cash environment of a large firm in diverse locations would be particularly attractive.

Responsibilities:
- Posting of all banking receipts and transactions daily
- To ensure smooth flow of wire transfer transactions
- Daily allocation of receipts in AR module
- Daily clearing of cash suspense account and review of entries post period ends
- Completion of deposit of post-dated cheques and coordination with business
- Managing daily receipts and prepare reports for unallocated receipts
- Provide support to all the transactions and resolve queries raised by clients
- Provide information support and query resolution for all clients and staff
- Manage complex transactions ensuring accuracy
- Review and clearing of unallocated cash by legal entity
- Management other cash management tasks effectively
- Posting of all approved WIP transfers and write-offs

Requirements

Requirements:
- Proficiency in computer operations
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Good calculation and mathematical skills
- Ability to enter all transactions in a systematic manner without any errors
- Good office management skills to ensure coverage of workload
- Capability to work well in a team
- Skilled in maintaining relationships
- Excellent communications skills, including written communication skills
- Excellent level of accuracy to a high level of detail
- Strong work ethic
- Prior experience working in a position within a finance / accounting / cashiering team
