We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Account Executive to join our team in Lebanon. In this role, you will be the key liaison between our company and our valued clients, managing accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction in the pest control and distribution industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to coordinate deliveries and service schedules.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status and sales perf
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in pest control, distribution, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple accounts effectively.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is desirable; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel within Lebanon as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
