Position Summary

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for driving land sharing local demand through Monthly Business Planning Cycle. You will also provide the right supply visibility to all stakeholders and regularly coordinate with clearance team on critical SKUs to ensure timely availability of stocks and support business to overcome short terms gaps.

A day in the life of

• Maintain & align weekly forecast through conducting weekly exception reviews & communicate through OpDSR
• Drive and share 6 week rolling exceptions to category demand management to align supply accordingly.
• Ensure timely input to the sign off process of Demand Plan and alert any deviations to changes to the demand Plan to category DSP
• Supporting unfulfilled orders management
• Duplicate order management
• Responsible to monitor/follow-up on ageing stock depletion
• Drive Monthly Freshness Review Meeting with Sales & Trade Marketing
• Adherence to D&SP best practices
• Coordination between Sales, Trade Marketing & Supply Chain providing transparency and maintain good communication and collaboration.
• Support local Sales team by providing input on a regular basis regarding active trends (ex. consecutive bias) and exceptions in terms of orders and potential Supply issues
• Drives the Monthly Business Planning Process (MBP) in the organization and ensures practices are in place.
• Evaluate and Review DSP KPI targets and results to take corrective actions for improvement

Requirements

• 3 years of experience within Demand and Supply Planning
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 or more years of relevant demand and supply planning experience at market / business level
