Job description / Role
Working closely with the Digital Project Manager on automating projects and developing digital solutions within internal functions. Liaise at all levels of the organization and work in close coordination with the functions and external counterparts to optimize processes and reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Thrive for innovation and efficiency within the internal functions by leveraging digital solutions and capabilities
• Develop a thorough understanding of the operational processes and business requirements and suggest new automation/digitization opportunities
• Develop a thorough understanding of existing technological infrastructure and tools and suggest improvement opportunities accordingly
• Synthesize and consolidate functional requirements across departments identifying overlaps and synergy
• Design, develop, and implement solutions that drive business efficiency and innovation.
Solution Design and Development
• Design, develop, and implement custom business applications using Power Apps.
• Automate business processes and workflows with Power Automate.
• Develop interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Integrate and manage data with Dataverse and other data sources.
Technical Leadership
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Lead the design and architecture discussions related to Power Platform solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates within the Power Platform ecosystem.
Collaboration and Communication
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to upskill team members and end-users.
Quality Assurance
• Ensure the quality, performance, and security of solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications and workflows.
• Implement best practices and standards for Power Platform development.
Documentation
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions.
• Prepare user manuals and training materials for end-users
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• 6+ years of experience in developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and other platforms
• Proven experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and integration with Power Platform.
• Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Office 365 is a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and C#.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn new digital technologies and user experiences/design
• Effective communication and presentation skills; across all levels of the organization
• Excellent organizational skills – multitasker, delivering high quality work
• Strong team player, effectively coordinates with stakeholders at different levels
