Finance Director

Job description / Role

- Responsible for ensuring that the company’s strategic financial objectives are met through accurate financial reporting and planning as well as appropriate financial controls. Assist organization’s executives in evaluating strategic growth plans and making informed business decisions with the support of financial analytics.
- Develops Finance department strategy in alignment with the company’s overall strategy
- Updates and runs the company’s long term financial planning model.
- Develops Reporting financial tools including monthly and yearly reporting and variance analysis in order to monitor financial performance of the company
- Develops financial tools and methodologies for Budgeting and forecasting processes
- Provides strategic treasury advice for company investments, responsibilities to include debt management, and internal company cash flows management
- Develops a strong and practical set of controls and processes and create an effective control environment
- Improving the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the team members ensuring that they are qualified and competent, properly coached, in order to handle the demands of their jobs

Requirements

Strategic planning and organization, Financial Management of Contract, Audit Process Management, Finance Innovation, Decision making, Organizational agility, Flexibility, resourcefulness and comfort with ambiguity; ability to embrace change, business analysis, Leadership, Result oriented, Customer Focus, High Accountability, Driven to excel

Master’s degree with emphasis on Finance, Accounting or Audit or equivalent. CMA / CPA is a plus. Senior level P&L accountancy is a must, extensive experience in Accounting ERPs. Minimum of 12 years of progressive finance experience
