Employment: Full Time

The Group Talent Development Manager is responsible for executing globally aligned talent management practices while planning and delivering programs and solutions to ensure employee’s development and retention.

Key Accountabilities:
• Design, develop and execute talent development strategy leveraging best practices and incorporating advanced tools
• Evolve the Talent Development function continuously through innovative initiatives targeting Azadea’s Academy, fostering the culture, as well as delivering high impact learning and development solutions
• Develop and implement engaging and compelling Development Programs including leadership programs based on defined organizational assessments and training need analysis
• Build and drive talent development and learning effectiveness analytics, measure the ROI of talent strategies informed by best practice and implement course corrections
• Develop and enhance departmental policies, procedures and operating budgets, monitor performance against set objectives while ensuring effective cost control Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate his/her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external parties in order to support the smooth provision of training services and promote the image of the company externally
• Keep abreast of advances in learning education and training technology and methodologies that could be relevant to the business unit and recommend appropriate updates to strategies and tactics as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• 10 years of experience in training and development
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in English
