Job description / Role
Duties & Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Management:
• Lead the recruitment and selection process for all open positions, ensuring diverse and qualified candidates are considered.
• Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
• Manage employee performance through regular evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Oversee employee relations and address any concerns or grievances promptly and professionally.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Conduct regular salary reviews and adjustments as needed.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments.
Compliance & Administration:
• Stay up-to-date on all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Manage employee leave and absence programs.
Strategic Initiatives:
• Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Conduct HR analytics to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
• Recommend and implement new HR technologies and systems to streamline processes.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
• Experience in an HR management role.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
