The role will aim to provide consistent HR support across the country within HR operations, Employee relations and supporting management to execute HR strategies.

* Employee Relations. Providing support, conflict resolution, disciplinary action and performance improvement counseling
* Communicating policy updates and changes to employees
* Explaining governmental rules and regulations
* Support line managers in workforce planning
* Draft new polices and procedures
* Support the new hire and on boarding process

Requirements
* 3 + years experience working in a HR role within a MNC
* Bachelor degree qualified - ideally within HR or similar subject
* Fluency in English
* Excellent organisation skills
* Experience managing the full spectrum of HR
