Job Description & Summary
A career in our Human Resources team, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to make a difference at PwC by helping to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. You'll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firm's people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace. As part of our Policy, Strategy and Leadership team, you'll provide strategic oversight, manage operations, and develop policies for all aspects of the Human Resources team.

Responsibilities:

- Managing all Partners requests within the Middle East region, such as HC letters, annual leave calculations, payroll and medical insurance.
- Handling partners on-boarding process: immigration, relocation, Workday hiring, induction plan, insurance and benefits set up, and partner communication.
- Handling partners off-boarding process: exit checklist, Workday updates, visa cancellations, benefits cancellations, repatriation, communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Managing offer management process and schedule interviews.
- Works on specific projects related to HR initiatives as assigned.
- Medical insurance invoice renewal data recon for all ME entities.
- DHA data completion for medical insurance.
- Partner data and reports for various requests: e.g. Tenure for Tax, or cost centers for Assurance.
- Wing to wing support of Internal Partner Admissions process, including IPA google site set up and post admission processes.
- Partner upward feedback process for moderation Knowledge, skills, and abilities

Requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, Arabic is a must.
- 3-5 years of HC related experience.
- Strong MS office skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to use patience and diplomacy to handle issues.
