Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Junior IT Retail Solution Specialist is responsible for executing solution development tasks related to shop operations and back office integration as well as technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute pre-defined technical analysis and feasibility studies on users’ needs
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to users related to Point of Sale and IT Retail Systems
- Develop the documentation of program code, applications and instructions, and validate the obtained technical results
- Integrate the developed objects with legacy systems
- Ensure troubleshooting of system so????ware running in the shops by testing to support the operation and its relation to the back office ERP

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. Certificate in “MCPD” Web, “MCPD”
- Windows and “MCPD” Enterprise Applications is a plus
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar field.
- Experience in Visual Studio development tools and SQL server
- Knowledge of Business Applications
- Fluency in English.
