Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through various platforms and tools.
- Generate high-quality leads via email, social media, and other outreach methods.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with leads to understand their needs and interests.
- Qualify leads by conducting initial outreach and engaging in meaningful conversations.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align efforts and contribute to overall sales strategies.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to better inform lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation or sales development roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs and targets.
- Analytical skills to assess lead quality and effectiveness of campaigns.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
