Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Responsible for planning, developing and monitoring the Marketing Strategic plan in alignment with the company’s strategy and values; working hand-in-hand with Operations management to achieve sales targets; ensuring effective development and communication of the brand.
- Propose a solid Marketing strategy and annual brand plan based on the company strategy to achieve long term brand growth as well as business objectives.
- Drive the development of compelling marketing mix for assigned initiatives as well as future initiative pipelines with strong understanding of market and consumer insights.
- Develop launch strategy and campaign framework for assigned initiatives, and deliver agreed business objectives.
- Lead and manage the brand team to deliver high performance by collaborating with key stakeholders
- Assist in the assessment of new markets and the development of campaigns designed to penetrate and grow the company’s brand in these markets

Requirements

Portfolio management and Strategy Development, Analytical and Conceptual thinking, Strong Leadership capability, Ability to turn insights into business-building action, Strategic thinking, Creativity, Strong Project Management, Public Speaking, Excellent Organizational and Motivational Skills, Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and team-building skills

Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent. Minimum 10-12 years of demonstrated success in a similar marketing role. Experience of Brand Management in FMCG or F&B industry.
