Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee product lines and markets, as assigned by management.
• Create/maintain strategies.
• Create/maintain marketing literature and web site content for various product lines.
• Gather, organize, and filter market information from all sources (i.e. sales, customer visits, market research, etc.), communicating and acting on information as necessary.
• Possess and demonstrate innovative/creative approaches to problem solving, market cultivating, product line managing, and profit generation.
• Responsible for all aspects of certain product lines/market segments, driving them aggressively to profitable growth.
• Lead/manage product lines and/or market segments to growth and profitability by overseeing every aspect from concept to delivered product.
• Daily, weekly and monthly objectives will change dynamically with circumstances and opportunities, requiring flexibility and decisive decision making.
• Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate proactively with others in cross-functional team
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, but able to solicit and incorporate feedback from others

The ability to speak foreign languages and understand other cultures is also helpful, especially when working for multinational companies.
