Operational Risk Manager - Construction

Job description / Role

Required to join an international contractor working construction and oil & gas projects across the Middle East. They require a operational risk manager to join the team in Lebanon. The focus of the position is to ensure risk management processes are effectively implemented and maintained within an organization. It requires technical expertise in risk management but also strong interpersonal skills to foster a culture of risk awareness and compliance within the organization

• A degree in a relevant subject ie engineering, HSE, Risk
• 10 years of experience in Risk Management in the construction sector.
• Certifications such as IRM Cert, PMI-RMP, PMI-PMP, PMI-SP, PMI-PBA, CCP.
• Proficiency in risk statement drafting and both qualitative and quantitative risk analysis.
• Ability to prepare detailed risk analysis and reports for senior management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, and construction work processes.
• Fluent in Arabic
