We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Accountant to join our dynamic team in Lebanon within the facility management sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payments.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Calculate and record employee deductions, tax withholding, and other payroll-related adjustments.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports, including tax filings and year-end documentation.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data, including new hires, terminations, and salary changes.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports related to payroll expenses.
- Support audits by providing necessary payroll information and documentation.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems.
- Invoicing.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Accountant or in a similar role, preferably in facility management.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems; experience with [specific software] is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of local, state, and federal payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A proactive approach and a team player mentality.
