Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Quality officer is the guardian of safety system and the challenger of all functions to drive Nestle quality management system in the pursuit of ensuring preference and consistency to delight consumers and customers , by engaging everybody's commitment in the factory to build the Nestle Quality Culture.

A day in the life of

- Decrease consumer complaints related to factory origin
- Maintain competences and quality awareness, and commitment to zero defect in the factory
- Communicate, implement, and enforce Nestle Quality Management System requirements at factory (NQMS, FSSC)
- Assist other departments in the Factory and provides them with services necessary to ensure quality in their fields
- Ensure the efficiency of WT process and provide awareness for production department to ensure the implementation of HACCP and QMS
- Ensure that a quality system is in place and followed, is efficient and obtains expected results for the Nestle production facilities, contractors, suppliers, and warehouses
- Monitor quality performance in the Daily / operating Review for opportunities to improve in the quest for zero defects. Lead people in other department to achieve the request level of quality behavior based on standards (NGMP, NGLP. GMP)
- Ensure the implementation of GLP requirements, at laboratories (chemical, physical, microbiological), follow the instruction of NGLP and other standards when performing the daily tests
- Ensure the implementation of local and zone quality procedures, especially standards related to Hygiene management, DD&D, LHP, Sensory, QMS, HACCP etc.

Requirements

What will make you successful

- University graduate (Bac 3) or equivalent (preferred microbiology, chemistry or food science-related studies)
- 2 and plus years relevant experience
- Computer skills (excel, words, PP...)
- Perform tests inside a lab (chemical, physical, or micro)
- Basic knowledge of Good laboratory practices
- Perform calibration of equipment
