Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• The Visual Commercial Merchandiser is responsible for achieving the brand's objectives and creating an exciting visual environment across all shops and countries

Key Accountabilities
• Manage the daily store operation maintaining the brand's standard across the countries by ensuring a favorable retail store image and dealing with customers complains in order to improve customer satisfaction and experience
• Manage annual allocated budget by managing expenditure up to set limits, optimizing and reducing costs where possible and reporting variances versus budget to ensure effective cost
• Originate and perform display ideas and merchandising to improve the visibility of slow moving items, stores’ window image enhancing sales and maximizing attraction of customers into the stores
• Supervise the requisition and construction of decorative materials such as wood, plastic, paper, and glass as needed and arrange properties, furniture and merchandise according to prearranged plans
• Maintain and manage window booking schedules as needed and analyze product assortment, movement and availability to secure sales growth
• Follow up and coordinate with the related departments on the sales and promotional activities (permits, pricing..) as well as on operational and transfer activities (including brand images, marketing materials, design approvals, in store installation, damaged items approvals, Perfect Pair Promise, transfers between stores, Return To Vendor, missing transactions, etc)
• Develop and implement action plans to increase sales based on product analysis and feedback as well as shop KPIs (conversion rate, sales)

Requirements

• Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in a similar field
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office
