Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Senior HR Officer is responsible of the implementation of corporate HR initiatives and practices. He/she promotes a positive organizational culture, minimizes risk and ensures efficiency of work processes.

- Assist in the development, review and update of the HR policies and procedures and ensure they are effective, efficient, fair and transparent and compliant with Lebanese Labor Law
- Manage and administer employees compensation and benefits as per set structure
- Manage the preparation of all staff payroll and timely distribution of salaries/benefits and its related administrative aspects such as slips issuance…
- Establishes and maintains consistent job analysis procedures and ensures compliance with a defined job evaluation methodology in order to develop a competitive pay scale
- Ensure that employees receive an accurate and timely assistance in response to particular queries related to HR policies or other aspects of employment
- Process employees requests such as employment letter, salary certificate in a legal and complaint manner
- Handle legal reports, declarations and all formalities related to the Ministry of Finance and National Social Security and Ministry of Labor
- Liaise with third parties such as auditors, lawyers, insurance administrator…, when needed, for any related matter or advise
- Handle insurance policies renewals, claims and quotations requests when needed
- Ensure accurate management of personnel matters such as employees’ profiles and information, attendance, leaves, contracts…
- Follow up on the legal formalities of foreign employees
- Handle the exit procedure of voluntary and involuntary turnover including last settlements, indemnity calculations and legal procedures
- Assist in monitoring the C&B initiatives through the preparation of monthly reports and analysis
- Stay updated with the latest statuary rules and regulations locally and regionally


- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management
- 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in NSSF, MOF, MOL
- Creative, good communication skills, knowledge in MS Office, Outlook, Google Space
