POSITION SUMMARY

The temporary resource, will be supporting on telesales to ensure that we are increasing our Order Automation levels which will enable our transformation with O2C (Order to Cash), working on ensuring that we are moving the physical/manual orders to potential telesales. This is in line with our new ways of working.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
• Prepare schedule calls for customers as per call cycle
• Align with channel managers on allocated quantity
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales objectives
• Identify and follow up on opportunities with customers who are taking minimum quantity
• Provide a high level of support to sales department by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner
