Training Supervisor - Human Resource - Lebanon

As a Training Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team within your area of expertise in order to achieve company objectives. You will manage your team's workload, motivation and training, and ensure all divisional, company, local and legal requirements are adhered to.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Prioritising workloads and processing information to meet deadlines
* Developing internal and external relationship to benefit department and company
* Processing documentation in an accurate and timely manner whilst communicating your progress to relevant parties and Line Manager
* Developing efficient processes to meet company objectives.

From strategic guidance to supporting the day-to-day needs of managers and employees, the Human Resources Division drives best practice across the Alshaya business. HR is segmented across generalist and specialist functions including HR services, recruitment and talent management. These are just some of the teams that support over 110 nationalities working across multiple brands and geographies. Requirements

* Professional training certification
* Understanding of basic training design
* A variety of facilitation techniques
* Understanding of adult learning theory.
