Process Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Libya. As a Process Engineer in the oil and gas industry, you will play a key role in optimizing and improving production processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reliability.
- Conduct analysis and evaluations of existing processes to identify areas for optimization and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
- Design and oversee the installation of new equipment and systems to support process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in all process engineering activities.
- Provide technical support and expertise to operations and maintenance teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in process engineering within the oil and gas industry, with a strong understanding of refining and petrochemical processes.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and other relevant engineering tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute process improvement projects from conception to implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, with a commitment to upholding safety and environmental compliance.
