Position Title: Residential Services Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 2.3k EUR depending on experience and qualifications, plus accommodation and flight tickets
Job Location: Tripoli, Libya

About the Client:
A hospitality group known for their designed luxury living apartments & villas, based in Tripoli, Libya.

Job Description:
• In charge of all resident-related issues and effectively fronts the company with its clients after they move in.
• Main point of contact for the service aspect, ensuring that the company delivers the highest levels of customer satisfaction in keeping with its brand promise
• Check and monitor residents’ obligations from a landlord’s point of view (landlord policies on residents)
• Manage the company’s enterprise resource management system (Maximo), (residential unit) key management, resident record-keeping, promotions of activities within the compound
• Responsible in the moving in process and moving out after the guests end their stay

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to any nationality
• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 7 years of experience in hospitality or real estate industry in the GCC region
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business administration is preferred
