As a Business Development Coordinator in the dynamic PU Chemical industry, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expanding our market presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, establish customer relationships, and support strategic initiatives that align with our company’s objectives. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies to drive growth in the PU Chemical sector.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential partnerships by conducting market research and analysis.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and actively seek to expand the client base through networking and industry events.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to create tailored solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant regulations to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Support the preparation of reports and dashboards to track business development performance and outcomes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
